With call centers in Augusta, GA and Colorado Springs, CO, WOW! provides customer care employees with an opportunity for career development and advancement. WOW! Field and Technical Operations employees develop universal skills to perform all fulfillment and service responsibilities including maintenance and construction responsibilities. Our Field Service Technicians and System Technicians share common roles and responsibilities. WOW! has established a self-motivated development environment that empowers employees.
